SELF EMPLOYED AUTHORIZATION FEE 790-062 , 169,1 POUNDS. All applicants must fill in and sign 9291ee86-e900-17c6-549c-4d42ca8a799a.

IMPORTANT :

* Applicants moving to CATALONIA must pay FEE 790-062 via this link: TASAS - MHAP. THE PROOF OF PAYMENT generated in this website must be submitted . They can NOT pay in BLS.

* Nationals of Ibero-American countries, nationals of the Philippines, nationals of Andorra, nationals of Equatorial Guinea, Sephardim, children and grandchildren of persons of Spanish origin, and foreigners born in Spain are exempt from paying the fee FEE 790-062 .

BLS International Service charge

• There is a service charge in addition to the visa, fee payable by all applicants and visa categories of £14.55(inclusive of VAT) per visa application.
• As an additional service, passports may be returned by special next-day delivery at a cost of £29.99 (including VAT) per visa application.
• The SMS and email notification for the processing of the applications is available at a fee of £1.95 (Inclusive of VAT) per visa application.
• The Visa fees can be paid by cash, credit/debit card.
• All fees are non-refundable.

Photo Specifications

One recent passport colour photograph. (No more than six months old). Click here

Note: We regret we cannot accept photographs that do not meet these requirements

Please provide one recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:

• Taken against a white so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
• Clear share quality and with the face in focus.
• Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
• Full face, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
• Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.

Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre..
